Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 5, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, subscribing to our services, or logging into the School Matrix ERP system (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a school, trust, or educational institution, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Use of Service
The Service is designed to manage educational administration operations:
- Schools are solely responsible for obtaining parental consent where required by local regulations to upload student and guardian details (including phone numbers).
- Users must maintain the confidentiality of their portal passwords. School Matrix is not liable for unauthorized account access due to weak credentials or shared logins.
- Users shall not attempt to breach role boundary controls or perform SQL injections on API endpoints. Such actions will result in immediate termination of the school's subscription.
3. Meta WhatsApp Cloud API Guidelines
If utilizing the WhatsApp notification module, subscribing schools must comply with Meta's Business and Developer Policies. Under no circumstances may schools use the Service to send promotional/marketing broadcasts, spam, or content unrelated to school administration, attendance, billing, or student performance.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription rates are calculated on student strength tiers or a rate-per-student basis as defined in the pricing plan agreement. Bills are generated monthly or annually. Failure to pay outstanding invoices within 15 days of the due date may result in administrative suspension of the school's portal access.
5. Limitation of Liability
School Matrix ERP is provided "as is." While we guarantee 99.9% uptime, Blog Matrix is not liable for any data loss, delivery failure of WhatsApp alerts caused by Meta's network outages, or disruption of payment gateways during fee collections.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to deploy updates, patch security vulnerabilities, and upgrade database structures as needed. Subscribing administrators will be notified in the Action Center of any major functional changes.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
